  1. What is the minimum term we can hire a heater for
    1 Month – No lock in contract for winter
  2. What is your payment for long term hire contracts?
    2 months in advance
  3. Is there a discount for hiring multiple units?
    Yes, call us to find out.
  4. Do you deliver?
    Yes we deliver to the metro area at $20 which includes pickup fee but can only be done on a minimum 2 month contract. Contact us for more information.
  5. What are your payment options?
    We accept Cash, Money Order, Direct Debit or Cheque.
  6. Can I hire it for my mum/sister/other family member?
    Yes, provided you are happy to take responsibility for the goods yourself.
  7. If my heater breaks, will you fix it?
    Yes, we will happily send our representatives to collect the goods and provide you with a replacement.
  8. Who pays for the repairs?
    Providing it is normal wear and tear, or breakdown it is covered by RRR Rentals. However damage caused by the renter is your responsibility.
  9. Do I need to be working to hire from you?
    No.
  10. How soon can I get it?
    Usually we will be able to deliver to the Perth metro area within one business day.
  11. What happens if I don’t pay on time?
    Nothing if you talk to us. Otherwise you will receive reminder letters and phone calls incurring nominal additional costs. If we can’t make contact in a reasonable time we will visit you at further cost.
  12. Will you ring me when my contract’s up and organise it to be picked up?
    Yes
  13. How big are your heaters?
    Our heater range averages in size of 60cm x 20cm (L x W).  Which means they can easily fit in an average family sedan’s rear boot space.
  14. Are they easy to setup?
    We will give you a basic operations manual along with verbal instructions if you ask us how.
